1. Can you give me a rough idea of how much the jerseys will cost? 

The majority of our products are custom designed, printed, and manufactured specifically to each customers specifications. The cost varies depending on the quantity you need, your timeframe, and our available production time. 

2. I have my own artwork. Will this speed up my order? 

Yes, it very well could if it is in the correct format.  We would need to see your artwork first.

3. I don’t know how to do the artwork and have no one to do it for me.  Can you help? 

Yes, we are here to make this as easy on you as possible! We include 2 hours of design and setup time in the cost of our jerseys and shirts. If you can give us a good description or guideline, we should have no problems designing it for you. 

4. How do I know which size to order? 

Refer to the measurement charts in the Technical section of this website. Alternatively, if you want to be 100% sure, once you place your order you can fill in a size sample request form and we will send you a package of size samples while your order is being designed. 

5. Will I see what the jersey looks like before you make it? 

Digitally, Yes.  We will not go into production until you have approved and signed off on every proof. 

6. Can I order 1 or 2 jerseys for new team members after my first order? 

Yes, we have no minimum on reorders. However, we batch out all reorders together once a month, usually around the 20th.

7. Can you add logos after the jerseys are made? 

You can have logos added via screen printing or heat transfer, but we cannot dye new logos into the jerseys' fabric  via sublimation once they are made.

8. Am I restricted on what fonts I use or how many numbers I put on the jersey? 

Any font can be used.  If we do not have the font that you'd like to use, we just ask that you supply it for us, and we will be happy to help you with that.  There are no limits on numbers.  We size everything accordingly to make every name and number look just right on each jersey.

9. Are the names and numbers plastic iron-ons?

No. We dye all names and numbers into the jerseys with the background design via sublimation. They will never fade, crack, or wear off like screen printing or heat transfers. 

10. I am thinking of buying Brand X jerseys for my team. Can you put my logos, names and numbers on them?

No, in order to dye the jerseys we need to start with the blank fabric and then manufacture the jerseys once it has been dyed.

11. How long does it take to get custom jerseys made? 

It varies depending upon the amount you need, complexity, and our available production time. With no rush fees, the average turn around time runs from 4-8 weeks.

12. Will parts of the jersey design get cut as the jerseys get smaller in size? 

No, we size the design specifically for each size. (Most companies do not do this so your design would be effected as the sizes got smaller) 

13. Will my jerseys’ color fade when I wash it? 

No, the sublimation will never fade, crack, peel or wear off, and it breathes with the fabric adding no extra weight. It will be there as long as the fabric itself is!

14. I have seen custom jerseys made before and they looked washed out and faded, Is this normal? 

Yes it is.  Fortunately, we have inks made specially for our printers to get rid of that problem.

 15. How much is the deposit?

There is a 50% deposit and it is due with your order information. 

16. Can I get my jerseys quicker than 8 weeks? 

It is possible. Contact sales@customsportsgear.com with what you want made and your timeframe and they will let you know. We leave a few spots open in our production for rush orders (additional fees may apply). 

17. Can you do a design for me before I pay a deposit? 

No, since we include 2 hours for design and setup time in the cost of the products, we require a deposit prior to starting on your project. 

18. Can you print the mesh, cuffs, and collars? 

We can print the collars (additional fees apply). However the cuffs and mesh cannot be printed. For bulk orders we can offer different colored mesh, collars, and cuffs.

19. What if my jersey has a sewing defect?

We will repair or replace it for you. No problem. 

20. My name/number is wrong. Will you replace the jersey?

If the jerseys are different from what you approved, then yes, we will replace it for you. 

21. Can you get my sponsor logos for me? I only have a jpeg from their websites. 

We may already have the logos on file. If we don’t, you will need to contact your sponsor and request it in .ai, .psd, or .pdf format. 

22. Can you make my team logo for me?

We can put your team name in a font for no additional charge. However, if you would like something more elaborate created, additional fees will apply. Contact sales@customsportsgear.com with a description of what you would like your team logo to look like and they’ll get an estimated cost for you.

23. When does my deposit stop being refundable?

Once you receive a proof and design work has begun you would be billed $50 per hour. If you have already approved the artwork and production has begun, you have reached the point of no return, (so to speak.)
